Designed for Diving and Vessel Operations
The YachtPro™ HP/LP system stores compressed air at high pressure, then regulates it down to the appropriate operating pressure for specific onboard applications. This allows a single system to support both diving operations and vessel utility needs.
- Tank fills: Fill scuba cylinders directly from the compressor or through a remote fill panel.
- Hookah diving: Supply regulated low-pressure air to divers through a hose reel or deck-mounted outlet.
- Ship’s air: Power onboard pneumatic systems including horns, tools, doors, wipers, toilets, and inflation points.
System Configuration Options
Option 1: Standard Configuration
Dual fill hoses connect directly to the compressor, allowing scuba tanks to be refilled from the compressor location. This is a simple and effective setup for vessels with straightforward tank-filling needs.
Option 2: Remote Fill Panel
The compressor outlet can be plumbed to a remote fill panel placed in a convenient onboard location. This eliminates the need to bring scuba tanks to the compressor for refilling. Fill apparatus options may include 1, 2, or 4 fill whips.
Option 3: Hookah System Integration
Stored high-pressure breathing air is regulated down to low pressure to supply a diver hookah system or other low-pressure air demands. As air is used, the receiver tank pressure drops and the compressor automatically replenishes the system.
The hookah system can be connected to a manually deployed hose, a deck outlet, or an E-Reel™ system for convenient hose storage and deployment.
Option 4: Full HP/LP Integrated System
The ultimate YachtPro™ configuration splits the compressor outlet to support both a remote scuba fill panel and a regulated HP/LP system. This allows the vessel to support tank filling, hookah diving, and onboard pneumatic air needs from one integrated platform.
