Integrated air for yachts and dive vessels
Tank fills, hookah diving and ship’s air from one system.
Configure a YachtPro™ HP/LP system around your vessel’s dive schedule, onboard air demands, available power, installation space and preferred fill location.

One system, multiple functions
Bring a coordinated air system onboard
YachtPro HP/LP combines high-pressure air generation and storage with regulated low-pressure distribution. The system can support scuba cylinder filling, hookah diving and selected pneumatic vessel functions without treating each need as a separate installation.
The right arrangement depends on what the vessel needs to operate at the same time, where tanks will be filled, how air will be distributed and how much storage is required between compressor cycles.
- Scuba cylinder filling
- Remote fill-panel support
- Hookah diving supply
- Diver hose reel or deck outlet
- Fender and tender inflation
- Air horns and windshield wipers
- Pneumatic doors, hatches and toilets
- Air tools and maintenance outlets

How YachtPro HP/LP connects onboard air functions
Review the integrated flow from high-pressure compression and storage to tank filling, regulated diving air and vessel utility outlets.

Designed around vessel operations
High pressure where needed. Regulated air where needed.
High-pressure tank filling
Fill scuba cylinders at the compressor or route the output to a remote panel positioned around the vessel’s actual workflow.
Low-pressure diving air
Regulate stored high-pressure breathing air for a reviewed hookah-diving configuration using a hose, deck outlet or E-Reel™.
Shipboard utility air
Distribute regulated air to appropriate pneumatic systems such as horns, inflation points, tools, doors, hatches, wipers or toilets.
Configuration pathways
Build the system around how the vessel will use it
Direct tank filling
Dual fill hoses connect near the compressor for straightforward cylinder replenishment at the equipment location.
Remote fill panel
Route compressor output to a more convenient fill location, with one-, two- or four-whip arrangements available by configuration.
Hookah integration
Use high-pressure storage and regulated low-pressure output to support an application-specific diver air and hose arrangement.
Full HP/LP integration
Support remote tank filling alongside regulated diving and shipboard air through a coordinated storage and distribution system.
Technical starting point
Core information for early planning
Pressure clarification: the integrated system can operate across different pressure ranges, but not every component uses the same rating. The storage tank, scuba accumulator/volume tank, hoses, regulators, filling connections and final outlet must be selected and operated for their intended pressure. Final ratings are confirmed in the written quotation.
Installation planning
Give the engineering team a useful vessel brief
Define the air demand
List tank sizes, fills per day, hookah use and each pneumatic load the system may support.
Map the vessel
Identify equipment space, remote-fill location, hose routes, ventilation, service access and weight constraints.
Confirm available power
Document voltage, frequency, phase and generator or shore-power limitations for the installation.
Review every pressure zone
Confirm the compressor, storage, regulator, hose, connection and outlet ratings as one system.
Frequently asked questions
YachtPro HP/LP questions
What does HP/LP mean?
The system combines high-pressure compression and storage with regulated low-pressure distribution. High pressure supports cylinder filling and storage; regulated low pressure can serve reviewed diving or vessel utility applications.
What is the maximum pressure?
YachtPro HP/LP is available in 225 or 250 bar standard configurations. A switchover-device configuration can provide 330 bar / 4,500 psi operation where the complete system is properly configured.
Why is a switchover device needed for 4,500 psi operation?
The system can produce the higher pressure, but the scuba accumulator or volume tank is not filled to 4,500 psi. The switchover arrangement separates the applicable pressure functions so each component is used within its rating.
What is the low-pressure operating range?
The first-stage regulator on the storage tank typically starts the low-pressure range around 150 psi. A second-stage adjustable regulator can reduce pressure further when the application requires it.
How quickly will it fill a cylinder?
The listed standard capacity is 100 L/min. Actual fill time depends on cylinder volume, starting and final pressure, storage arrangement and simultaneous demand, so it should be calculated for the proposed configuration.
Can it work with my vessel’s electrical system?
LW Americas can configure systems across a broad range of power supplies, including 110–480 V, 50 or 60 Hz, and single- or three-phase service. The exact motor and electrical configuration are selected for the vessel.
Do two or four filling hoses increase compressor output?
No. Multiple hoses change the filling arrangement; they do not multiply compressor capacity. The fill schedule must account for the shared compressor output and available storage.
