The YP 48vDC-60 combines a 48 VDC TEFC motor, Epoch battery technology, Victron control technology, automatic pressure control and breathing-air purification in one installation-oriented package.

Can the YP 48vDC-60 fill breathing-air cylinders?
Yes. The package is designed for high-pressure breathing-air filling and states purification in accordance with EN 12021 / CGA Grade E. Cylinder pressure, valve and filling connections should be confirmed for the application.
What is the maximum pressure?
The published maximum pressure is up to 4,500 psi.
How long does an 80 cu ft cylinder take to fill?
The published value is approximately 25 minutes. Actual fill time depends on the cylinder’s starting pressure, target pressure and operating conditions.
How long will the battery run the compressor?
The published runtime is approximately two hours of continuous operation with the 48 V, 100 Ah battery. The battery concept is described as bankable for extended operation.
Can it connect to any 48V battery bank?
The verified package uses Epoch 48 V smart battery technology with Victron control technology. Compatibility with a different battery bank or charging architecture should be reviewed before installation.
Can the compressor be mounted remotely?
Automatic start/stop and automatic condensate drain support remote mounting. The installation still requires appropriate ventilation, service access, condensate routing, hose routing and controls.
